Arlin Hively is an innovative administrator, communicator, problem-solver and hands-on business executive with nearly 30 years of experience managing large-scale retail operations and manufacturing facilities. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's manufacturing, production and fulfillment facilities.

Mr. Hively comes to Pantheon from Renegade of America, Arizona's largest private label bottled water manufacturer. As Chief of Production and Distribution, he was responsible for all aspects of the business including; production, distribution, DSD, analysis of P&L, labor/production costs and controls, scheduling, quality control, cost production tracking, strategic equipment planning, health department regulations, inventory reviews, employee training and development.

For 7 years prior to that, Mr. Hively directed field operations for Smitty's Supervalu (now Fry's Food Store, Inc.), one of Arizona's largest supermarket retailer overseeing multiple outlets including a 115,000 square foot super center with gross annual sales of $31 million.

A community activist and supporter of the Tucson Board of Educational Enrichment Foundation and Special Olympics, Mr. Hively attended Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College.

Dr. Nael Zaki has over 20 years experience in research and development, with experience in synthesis, characterization, surfactants, spectroscopy, and green chemicals and solvents. Dr. Zaki also has extensive knowledge in lubricants and lubricating oil additives, petroleum chemistry and applications.

Dr. Zaki received his Master of Science and Ph.D degree in Organic Chemistry from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. He performed his post doctoral research in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the German Petroleum Institute, Technical University of Clausthal in Germany and was appointed as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at North Carolina State University.

Dr. Zaki is a member of the American Chemical Society, the Petroleum Expertise Reviewing Panel of the US Civilian Research and Development Foundation, and on the Editorial Board of the International Journal of Petroleum Science and Technology. He also has been awarded the Schoenborn Prize for the Best Research Poster in Chemical Engineering (1999) and the Chancellor's Outstanding Research Award both from North Carolina State University (2002). Since 1992, he has published over twenty papers and patents in his different areas of expertise, including two featured technologies on NCSU website on the use of supercritical fluids as green substitutes of chlorosolvents in chemical extractions and processing.

Also a Pantheon cofounder and shareholder, Mr. Rosales brings broad experience in business systems planning, development and operations, including sales tracking, vendor evaluation and equipment selection to the company. Currently, he manages all facets of training and development for Pantheon's technical support staff.

Mr. Rosales has played a major role in Pantheon's market research and development efforts as a leader of team projects performing comprehensive, detailed analyses to discover and target untapped markets for the company's products. He has also conceived, designed and implemented numerous manufacturing plant quality control and preventative maintenance standards, as well as standard operating procedures for employee management, job-site quality control, work crew time management, and customer service and fulfillment.
