Laura Roberts – Chief Executive Officer

Co-founder and CEO of Pantheon Chemical, Ms. Roberts is a dynamic thinker, innovator and leading force behind the company's business development and expansion plan. Since 1999 Ms. Roberts directed an extensive reorganization of the company to include: development of its executive management team; protection of its IP; automation of its manufacturing operations; and a clear definition of its marketing and distribution strategy. Additionally she secured the necessary financing to commercialize the chemical technologies throughout multiple worldwide distribution channels.   

   

A decade later, Pantheon Chemical has expanded globally and realized tremendous success in several markets with award winning products.  Customers include the Department of Defense, Boeing, Dassault Falcon Jet, Honeywell, Seagate, Stryker, DeBeers as well as most of the domestic commercial airlines.  Dubbed “The Toxic Avenger” by Forbes Magazine, Roberts formed Pantheon Chemical with a fierce commitment to shattering the myth that green technologies are less effective and more expensive. Its mission continues to be to develop and commercialize products that help customers to increase financial growth while at the same time sustain human health and safety, social responsibility and environmental efforts.

 

Roberts is a summa cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University. Ms. Roberts is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and for two successive years enjoyed the distinction of being the University's highest ranking scholar.  She is also a graduate of the highly regarded business executive program at MIT Sloan School of Management.  The three year program called “Birthing of Giants” is ranked by Inc. Magazine as the number one educational program of its kind. 

 

Ms. Roberts sits on the Board of Directors for the Hospitality Industry Hall of Honors out of the University of Houston, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, AZ Business Leadership Group and March of Dimes.  In addition to her board positions, Ms. Roberts is also a member of the CEO membership organization - Vistage, the National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA), Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2), National Association for Female Executives (NAFE), Arizona Technology Council, Valley Forward, AZ Manufactures Network as well as the AZ Tooling and Machining Association.


Chief Technology Officer – Anthony Galanis

As a certified science, technology and computer expert and primary architect for Pantheon's innovative technology infrastructure, Mr. Galanis leads technology resource acquisition efforts, sets and maintains technical specifications and standards for the company's information systems and for all e-commerce, wireless, computer networking and Internet functions and facilities. In addition, he oversees all U.S Government product training and testing operations for the company.

Mr. Galanis honed his mastery of technology during 11 years in the U.S. Navy where he qualified as Nuclear Engineering Watch Supervisor, Navy Quality Assurance Supervisor, Master Training Specialist, Certified Machinist and Network Administrator. After graduating Naval Nuclear Power School with top honors, he was proud to serve as a nuclear Engineering Operator on the USS Parche, the USS Henry M. Jackson and the USS Florida, all stalwarts of the United States Nuclear Submarine Force.

Chairman of the Board – Don Dorsey

Don Dorsey was Executive Vice President of Castrol Industrial North America, where he led the metalworking products and services business unit. During his 17 years with Castrol Industrial (and privately held Van Straaten Chemical Company which was acquired by Castrol), Mr. Dorsey led an aggressive business development initiative and pioneered the creation and growth of Chemical Management Services that established Castrol Industrial as the industry leader in this business.

Mr. Dorsey is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in general management, engineering, and senior sales and marketing positions in Fortune 500 companies, like IBM and General Motors. His broad range of experience includes multi-business unit management with key roles in new business development, acquisitions and alliances, and business integration and consolidation initiatives.

Mr. Dorsey studied Industrial Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan and received his BBA degree in Management from Cleveland State University.

Director of Production & Operations – Arlin (Sonny) Hively

Arlin Hively is an innovative administrator, communicator, problem-solver and hands-on business executive with nearly 30 years of experience managing large-scale retail operations and manufacturing facilities. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's manufacturing, production and fulfillment facilities.

Mr. Hively comes to Pantheon from Renegade of America, Arizona's largest private label bottled water manufacturer. As Chief of Production and Distribution, he was responsible for all aspects of the business including; production, distribution, DSD, analysis of P&L, labor/production costs and controls, scheduling, quality control, cost production tracking, strategic equipment planning, health department regulations, inventory reviews, employee training and development.

For 7 years prior to that, Mr. Hively directed field operations for Smitty's Supervalu (now Fry's Food Store, Inc.), one of Arizona's largest supermarket retailer overseeing multiple outlets including a 115,000 square foot super center with gross annual sales of $31 million.

A community activist and supporter of the Tucson Board of Educational Enrichment Foundation and Special Olympics, Mr. Hively attended Arizona State University and Scottsdale Community College.

Process Engineering & Technical Support – Leo Rosales

Also a Pantheon cofounder and shareholder, Mr. Rosales brings broad experience in business systems planning, development and operations, including sales tracking, vendor evaluation and equipment selection to the company. Currently, he manages all facets of training and development for Pantheon's technical support staff.

Mr. Rosales has played a major role in Pantheon's market research and development efforts as a leader of team projects performing comprehensive, detailed analyses to discover and target untapped markets for the company's products. He has also conceived, designed and implemented numerous manufacturing plant quality control and preventative maintenance standards, as well as standard operating procedures for employee management, job-site quality control, work crew time management, and customer service and fulfillment.
