Laura Roberts - Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chairman of the Board
Co-founder and CEO of Pantheon Chemical, Ms. Roberts is a leading force behind the company's business development and expansion plan. Since 1999 Ms. Roberts directed an extensive reorganization of the company to include: development of its executive management team; protection of its IP; automation of its manufacturing operations; and a clear definition of its marketing and distribution strategy. Additionally she secured the necessary financing to commercialize the chemical technologies throughout multiple worldwide distribution channels.
A decade later, Pantheon Chemical has expanded globally and realized tremendous success in several markets with award winning products. Customers include the Department of Defense, Boeing, Dassault Falcon Jet, Honeywell, Seagate, Stryker, DeBeers as well as most of the domestic commercial airlines. Dubbed "The Toxic Avenger" by Forbes Magazine, Roberts formed Pantheon Chemical with a fierce commitment to shattering the myth that green technologies are less effective and more expensive. Its mission continues to be to develop and commercialize products that help customers to increase financial growth while at the same time sustain human health and safety, social responsibility and environmental efforts.
Roberts is a summa cum laude graduate of Northern Arizona University. Ms. Roberts is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society and for two successive years enjoyed the distinction of being the University's highest ranking scholar. She is also a graduate of the highly regarded business executive program at MIT Sloan School of Management. The three year program called "Birthing of Giants" is ranked by Inc. Magazine as the number one educational program of its kind. She is also a graduate of The Integral Leadership Program at the Stagen Institute.
Ms. Roberts is currently a member of Conscious Capitalism, an organization dedicated to promoting higher purpose in business. She serves on the Advisory Committee for Northern Arizona University's NAUTeach Program - a program committed to increasing the number and quality of math and science teachers. She is also a member of the Environmental Entrepreneurs (E2) organization. She has previously held Board positions with The Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, The March of Dimes, The Arizona Business Leadership Group, and the Hospitality Industry Hall of Honors at the University of Houston.
Donald B. Stevens
Don Stevens is the President of Pall Corporation, and former COO and President of Pall Industrial. Mr. Stevens joined Pall in 1968, and has been an integral leader in growing global sales from $24M to over $2.4B. Over the years, Don helped launch Pall's entry into the Pharmaceutical business, built the Power Generation, Industrial Process and Water businesses, managed the porous metals business, and established the market-based distribution network in the Western Hemisphere.
In the early 1980s, Mr. Stevens was instrumental in building Pall's business in Asia, and in transforming Pall from a product-driven to a market-focused company, and more recently spearheaded Pall's Total Fluid Management (TFM) strategy. In the mid 1990s, he created Pall's systems capabilities. This business, Pall Advanced Separations Systems (PASS), has grown to over $300M in FY09. Mr. Stevens conceived, developed and managed key strategic global alliances/partnerships, which led to the development of Pall's fast growing $200M water business. He has managed all eight global Pall Sales companies and related R&D.
Mr. Stevens has managed Pall's $1.4B Industrial business (34 mini-markets and 5000+ employees) since 2004, and Pall's Common Support functions ($500M spend), including Logistics, Indirect Procurement, and Shared Services in Asia, Europe and the Western Hemisphere since 2007. He has a Security clearance from the Department of Energy, resulting from the licensing agreement he negotiated and obtained related to the transfer of technology borne under the US Nuclear Weapons Program. He owns 3 patents and an engineering award from the American Filtration Society.
William Harper
Bill Harper is now a retired, private investor who brings over 25 years of executive level financial and general business management experience to the Pantheon Board. Mr. Harper has served as Chief Financial Officer of National Steel Corporation, formerly the third largest integrated steel company in the United States. From 1972 until 1995 Mr. Harper was employed by Clark Equipment Company, a manufacturer of industrial and construction equipment, in various financial positions. Mr. Harper retired from Clark in 1995 as its Vice President and Controller and Principal Financial Officer. He started his professional career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1966. Mr. Harper has served as an independent director on several companies' boards of directors, including publicly traded companies.
Mr. Harper is a graduate of Manchester College, in N. Manchester, IN and served on its Board of Trustees for 14 years. Mr. Harper is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Indiana Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Doug DeClusin
Doug DeClusin, President and CEO of Sunland Asphalt, founded the company in 1979 with one other employee. Over the last 32 years, he has established Sunland as one of the most respected and successful paving contractors in the Southwest. He attributes Sunland's success in business to being a leader in quality and innovation as well as providing exceptional service and value to their customers with honesty and integrity.
Sunland Asphalt is a full-service asphalt maintenance and construction business with locations in Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Bullhead City, Albuquerque, and Las Vegas. Over the last three decades, the company has grown to 250 employees with over $62 million in revenue. Being a premier provider of asphalt products in the Southwest, Sunland looks for new and effective technologies to meet their customers' needs. Focusing on being green with new products and materials that save fuel, and utilizing recycled materials and state-of-the-art technology, Mr. DeClusin is continuing his leadership in quality and innovation while serving the needs of his customers and the community at large.
As an active participant in construction policy, Mr. DeClusin is presently Vice Chairman of the Executive committee for the AGC and scheduled to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2012. Sunland Asphalt was recognized in 2008 with the Associated General Contractors Safety Award. Mr. DeClusin was also a 2009 Construction Executive of the Year Finalist. Mr. DeClusin supports the Boys and Girls Clubs as well as the ASU Del E. Webb School of Construction.
Marianna Smith
Marianna Smith is owner and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Petroleum Supply, an International Company supplying Remediation Products to the Oil, Power and Chemical Industry. Also a consultant to General Litigation and Plaintiff Law Firms Ms. Smith additionally serves on the Board of Directors of Parson Brinkerhoff, an International Engineering/Consulting Firm and the National Judicial College, at the University of Nevada.
In her role as Executive Director of Manville Personal Injury Settlement Trust in Washington D.C. Ms. Smith designed, built, managed and provided public advocacy for the first multi-billion dollar trust established to pay Manville, Inc. Specializing in asbestos personal injury claims Ms. Smith's additional duties have included, Executive Director-Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Chief Executive Officer of World's largest Trial Bar and America's Fifth largest Political Action Committee; Academic Dean and Associate Professor: American University School of Law; Academic Dean and Associate Professor: Nova University School of Law.
Ms. Smith earned her B.S. from Purdue University, School of Pharmacy; J.D. from Indiana University; L.L.M. from University of Texas and received the Highest Scholastic Honor: Order of the Coif.
Marianna has served on board since 2002.
David Kush
David J. Kush is founder of Park Central Anesthesiologists and Director of Obstetrical Anesthesia at the prestigious St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center. As an accomplished athlete, Mr. Kush earned a position with the Arizona State University baseball team while pursuing a bachelor's degree. He went on to complete a medical degree at The University of Arizona's School of Medicine and subsequently performed an anesthesiology residency through the University of Arizona.

Anthony Galanis - Chief Technology Officer
Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, Anthony Galanis is a certified science, technology and computer expert and primary architect for Pantheon's innovative technology infrastructure. Mr. Galanis leads technology resource acquisition efforts, sets and maintains technical specifications and standards for the company's information systems and for all e-commerce, wireless, computer networking and Internet functions and facilities. In addition, he oversees all U.S Government product training and testing operations for the company.
Mr. Galanis honed his mastery of technology during 11 years in the U.S. Navy where he qualified as Nuclear Engineering Watch Supervisor, Navy Quality Assurance Supervisor, Master Training Specialist, Certified Machinist and Network Administrator. After graduating Naval Nuclear Power School with top honors, he was proud to serve as a Nuclear Engineering Operator on the USS Parche, the USS Henry M. Jackson and the USS Florida, all stalwarts of the United States Nuclear Submarine Force.
Donald Dorsey - Emeritus
Donald Dorsey joined Pantheon in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Dorsey was responsible for the company's sales and operations, including management of supply chain, engineering and marketing divisions. Don played a key role in overseeing Pantheon's continued efforts in business development and strategic partnerships. In 2005, Don was elected a Board Member, later to be elected as Chairman of the Board in 2008.
Previously Don was Executive Vice President of Castrol Industrial North America, where he led the metalworking products and services business unit. During his 17 years with Castrol Industrial, Mr. Dorsey led an aggressive business development initiative and pioneered the creation and growth of Chemical Management Services that established Castrol Industrial as the industry leader in this business.
Mr. Dorsey is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in general management, engineering, and senior sales and marketing positions in Fortune 500 companies, like IBM and General Motors. His broad range of experience includes multi-business unit management with key roles in new business development, acquisitions and alliances, and business integration and consolidation initiatives.
Mr. Dorsey studied Industrial Engineering at Kettering University in Flint, Michigan and received his BBA degree in Management from Cleveland State University.
Nick Tomassetti - Emeritus
Nick Tomassetti is currently President and CEO of NRT Associates. Retiring in 2002 as the Chairman and CEO of Airbus Industries of North American Holdings, Inc. Mr. Tomassetti was responsible for all North American Operations, which entailed all Airbus business and service activities. Mr. Tomassetti was named to the position in February 2000.
Previously, Mr. Tomassetti was President and Chief Operating Officer of AINA, a post he held since joining the company in September of 1994. Formerly Vice President-General Manager of Twin Business Development for McDonnell Douglas Corp. Mr. Tomassetti was responsible for such AINA activities as sales, contracts, market planning, and sales finance for U.S. and Canadian customers.
Prior to joining Douglas, Mr. Tomassetti was Executive Vice President of Pratt & Whitney's Commercial Engine Business organization. During his more than 30 years at Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Tomassetti held various positions in engineering, marketing and customer support.
In 1981, he was appointed Vice President, Sales and Service of Pratt & Whitney's Commercial Products Division and in 1984, he was elected to fill the top marketing position at newly-founded International Aero Engines (IAE), the five nation consortium (of which Pratt & Whitney was a member) formed to develop and market the IAE V2500 aircraft engine. He became President and CEO of IAE in 1987.
Joe Reeder - Emeritus
Joe Reeder is a managing shareholder for one of the nation's fastest growing international law firms, Greenberg Traurig. His distinguished career as an attorney whose clientele has included countries, international corporations and law firms throughout the country was highlighted with four years of public service as the 14th Under Secretary of the Army. In this number two post, Mr. Reeder served essentially as the Army's COO. His specific responsibilities included long-range planning, material requirements, readiness, acquisition reform, infrastructure reduction, and financial management of the Army. He served as the Army's focal point for international affairs, with specific focus on NATO, Panama and Latin America.
Joe also served for three years as Chairman of the Panama Canal Commission's Board of Directors where he oversaw a massive, multibillion dollar infrastructure program. As Army Undersecretary he also oversaw military support to local, state and federal agencies related to civilian law enforcement, civil disturbance, disaster relief, and emergency planning. He also served on the five-member DOD Base Realignment Closure (BRAC) Council. Mr. Reeder returned to the private practice of law in 1997.
Michael A. Smith - Emeritus
Michael Smith retired from Honeywell in Phoenix, Arizona in December 2001. He retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell's Aerospace Electronics Systems, the leading supplier of avionics and related electronics systems and services to the aerospace industry. The business was a $4 billion, 18,000 employee worldwide enterprise.
Mr. Smith is a seasoned executive who has extensive experience in operating a business, general management and serving as an officer of a large public corporation in the aerospace industry. He was instrumental in Honeywell's acquisition of Sperry, merger with AlliedSignal and an attempted merger with GE, which was thwarted by the European Commission.
Mr. Smith's experiences coupled with the cyclical nature of the aerospace industry and fast moving electronics technology has afforded him great experiences in all areas of managing a business. Under his guidance, Honeywell applied solid strategic technology to become one of the leaders in the aerospace industry, providing the edge to gains in share and business success.
