Don Dorsey was Executive Vice President
of Castrol Industrial North America, where he led the metalworking products and
services business unit. During his 17 years with Castrol Industrial (and privately
held Van Straaten Chemical Company which was acquired by Castrol), Mr. Dorsey led
an aggressive business development initiative and pioneered the creation and growth
of Chemical Management Services that established Castrol Industrial as the industry
leader in this business.
Mr. Dorsey is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of leadership experience
in general management, engineering, and senior sales and marketing positions in
Fortune 500 companies, like IBM and General Motors. His broad range of experience
includes multi-business unit management with key roles in new business development,
acquisitions and alliances, and business integration and consolidation initiatives.
Mr. Dorsey studied Industrial Engineering at Kettering University in
Flint, Michigan and received his BBA degree in Management from Cleveland State University. |

Dr. Smith is Eller Distinguished Service
Professor of Economics and Faculty Associate to the Provost at the University of
Arizona where from 1980 to 1995 he held the position of dean of the Eller College
of Business and Public Administration. From 1992 to 1995 he also served as Vice-Provost
of the university and had responsibility for the development of an overall institutional
strategic plan and the University's Continuous Organization Renewal (CORe) program.
CORe supported the application of total quality principles at The University of
Arizona. As Faculty Associate to the Provost, he is organizing a campus wide initiative
to advance student learning through outcomes assessment.
A native of Vancouver Canada, Smith graduated from the University of Washington
before completing a Ph.D. degree in economics in 1968 at Northwestern University.
Following his doctoral studies, he was a visiting research fellow at the Center
for Operations Research and Econometrics, Universite Catholique de Louvain, Belgium.
Smith served on the faculties of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Northwestern
University and the University of California, San Diego (visiting) and has held several
directorships of academic and research programs.
Smith has published extensively in the fields of microeconomic theory and health
economics. He teaches managerial economics, health economics and the economics of
strategy. The latter course explores the economic foundations that allow successful
firms to choose strategies to exploit the profit opportunities that exist or to
adapt to changing circumstances.
Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the FINOVA Group, Inc. and
serves as Chair of the Human Resources Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.
He also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Apache Nitrogen Products,
Inc., a privately held producer of ammonia nitrates products for the agricultural
and mining industries, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of GroupSystems.com,
Inc. (formerly Ventana Corporation), a privately held software company distributing
GroupSystems.
Previously, Smith served
as a member of the Board of Directors of the Southwest Gas Corporation (1988-92),
PriMerit Bank (1988-92), and the Health Providers Insurance Company (1987-95). He
was a member of the Board of Directors (1990-96) and President (1994-95) of AACSB
- The International Association for Management Education. |

William (Bill) Harper is an experienced
senior financial executive who brings significant financial and general business
experience to the Pantheon board. In his 25 years as a senior financial executive,
Mr. Harper has served as the Chief Financial Officer of leading industrial companies
such as Clark Equipment Company and National Steel Corporation. Mr. Harper has significant
experience as an independent director on the boards of several worldwide industrial
companies, and serves as a Trustee of Manchester College, his alma mater. Mr. Harper
and his wife Trish split their time between Indiana and Scottsdale. |

International Company supplying Remediation Products to the Oil, Power and Chemical
Industry; consultant to General Litigation and Plaintiff Law Firms; Serve as member
of Board of Directors of Parson Brinkerhoff, an International Engineering/Consulting
Firm and the Board of Directors of National Judicial College, at the University
of Nevada.
Ms. Smith earned her B.S. from Purdue University, School of Pharmacy; J.D. from
Indiana University; L.L.M. from University of Texas and received the Highest Scholastic
Honor: Order of the Coif.

David J. Kush, a native to
Arizona, has practiced anesthesia in Phoenix for the last twelve
years. As an accomplished athlete, Mr. Kush earned a position
with the Arizona State University baseball team while pursuing
a bachelor's degree. He went on to complete a medical degree at
The University of Arizona's School of Medicine and subsequently
performed an anesthesiology residency through the University of
Arizona. Mr. Kush's outside interests include horses, dirt bikes,
skating, and especially salt water fishing.

a graduate of the highly regarded business executive program at MIT Sloan School
of Management. The three year program called “Birthing of Giants” is ranked
by Inc. Magazine as the number one educational program of its kind.
Ms. Roberts sits on the Board
of Directors for the Hospitality Industry Hall of Honors out of the University of
Houston, Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, AZ Business Leadership Group and March
of Dimes.

Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer,
Mr. Galanis is a certified science, technology and computer expert
and primary architect for Pantheon's innovative technology infrastructure.
Mr. Galanis leads technology resource acquisition efforts, sets
and maintains technical specifications and standards for the company's
information systems and for all e-commerce, wireless, computer
networking and Internet functions and facilities. In addition,
he oversees all U.S Government product training and testing operations
for the company.
Mr. Galanis honed his mastery
of technology during 11 years in the U.S. Navy where he qualified
as Engineering Watch Supervisor, Naval Quality Assurance Supervisor,
Master Training Specialist, Certified Machinist and Network Administrator.
After finishing 1st in his 500 person training class, he earned
Top Secret security clearance and was proud to serve as Senior
Trainer, Operator and Nuclear Engineer on the USS Parche, the
USS Henry M. Jackson and the USS Florida, all stalwarts of the
United States Nuclear Submarine Force.

Mr. Reeder is a managing shareholder for one of the nation's fastest growing international
law firms, Greenberg Traurig. His distinguished career as an attorney whose clientele
has included countries, international corporations and law firms throughout the
country was highlighted with four years of public service as the 14th Under Secretary
of the Army. In this number two post, Mr. Reeder served essentially as the Army's
COO. His specific responsibilities included long-range planning, material requirements,
readiness, acquisition reform, infrastructure reduction, and financial management
of the Army. He served as the Army's focal point for international affairs, with
specific focus on NATO, Panama and Latin America. Mr. Reeder also served for three
years as Chairman of the Panama Canal Commission's Board of Directors where he oversaw
a massive, multibillion dollar infrastructure program. As Army Undersecretary he
also oversaw military support to local, state and federal agencies related to civilian
law enforcement, civil disturbance, disaster relief, and emergency planning. He
also served on the five-member DOD Base Realignment Closure (BRAC) Council. Mr.
Reeder returned to the private practice of law in 1997.

Mr. Tomassetti is currently President and CEO of NRT Associates. He retired in 2002
as the Chairman and CEO of Airbus Industries of North American Holdings, Inc. He
was responsible for all North American Operations, which entailed all Airbus business
and service activities. He was named to the position in February 2000.
Previously, Mr. Tomassetti was President and Chief Operating Officer of AINA, a
post he held since joining the company in September of 1994. Formerly Vice President-General
Manager of Twin Business Development for McDonnell Douglas Corp. Mr. Tomassetti
was responsible for such AINA activities as sales, contracts, market planning, and
sales finance for U.S. and Canadian customers.
Prior to joining Douglas, Mr. Tomassetti was Executive Vice President of Pratt &
Whitney's Commercial Engine Business organization. During his more than 30 years
at Pratt & Whitney, Mr. Tomassetti held various positions in engineering, marketing
and customer support.
In 1981, he was appointed Vice President, Sales and Service of Pratt & Whitney's
Commercial Products Division and in 1984, he was elected to fill the top marketing
position at newly-founded International Aero Engines (IAE), the five nation consortium
(of which Pratt & Whitney was a member) formed to develop and market the IAE
V2500 aircraft engine. He became President and CEO of IAE in 1987.
A native of Hartford, Connecticut, Mr. Tomassetti lives in Naples, FL.

Michael Smith retired from Honeywell in Phoenix, Arizona in December 2001. He retired
as President and Chief Executive Officer of Honeywell's Aerospace Electronics Systems,
the leading supplier of avionics and related electronics systems and services to
the aerospace industry. The business was a $4 billion, 18,000 employee worldwide
enterprise.
Mr. Smith is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operating a business,
general management and serving as an officer of a large public corporation in the
aerospace industry. He was instrumental in Honeywell's acquisition of Sperry, merger
with AlliedSignal and an attempted merger with GE, which was thwarted by the European
Commission.
Mr. Smith's experiences coupled with the cyclical nature of the aerospace industry
and fast moving electronics technology has afforded him great experiences in all
areas of managing a business. Under his guidance, Honeywell applied solid strategic
technology to become one of the leaders in the aerospace industry, providing the
edge to gains in share and business success.
