Unlike green companies before, Pantheon Enterprises has worked to shatter the myth that safe chemistries are less effective, more expensive and harder to implement. Our success in this area was recognized by Ethisphere when we were awarded as one of the 2012 World’s Most Ethical Companies. Conscious Capitalism: A Conversation with Pantheon CEO, Laura Roberts

Pantheon’s flagship product is PreKote Surface Pretreatment. PreKote was developed over a decade ago as a non-chrome replacement for carcinogenic hexavalent chromium conversion coatings. PreKote is used to treat a variety of surfaces from metal to plastics. It prepares them for paint and can be used under virtually any painted surface. Hexavalent chromium is the toxic chemical made infamous by the film Erin Brockovich that has been used for decades in the pretreating and painting of aircraft. PreKote's significant impact on replacing hexavalent chromium has resulted in recognition from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Design for the Environment Award.
We believe that through the for-profit model we can have the greatest impact on the environment. We are the chemical company that is revolutionizing the industry by advocating for fewer chemicals.
